Each quarterly update consists of a video slideshow (above) featuring a few highlights from many of the events I shot in the previous 3 months. The soundtrack is some new music composed, arranged and performed by yours truly.

HIGHLIGHTS FROM SUMMER 2013: More or less in the order they appear: Music Academy of the West's production of "The Magic Flute", and Fellows & Faculty sprinkled throughout; David Lindley and Tom Freund @ the Marjorie Luke, Sings Like Hell's temp venue; Marilyn Horne introducing Carol Burnett's Cabaret masterclass ; Itzhak Perleman @ the Granada for CAMA's oepning concert; State Street Ballet's Los Angeles premiere of "An American Tango" @ the Broad Stage; young musicians in the Music Academy's Merit Program; Joshua Roman @ the Santa Barbara Museum of Art; Camerata Pacifica with stimulating 20th century works; Artists in Residence @ the Music Academy – Midori, Glenn Dicterow, Brooklyn Rider, plus conductors James Gaffigan, Nicholas McGegan, Tito Munoz & Matthias Pintscher; Eva Marie Saint @ the screening of "North by Northwest" in the SB Courthouse Sunken Garden; Sally Kellerman, Glorya Kaufman w/William Soleau & Rodney Gustadfson @ the "American Tango" premiere; Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit @ Sings LIke Hell, The Lobero Theatre's ceiling restoration; headshots of staff & board of the Santa Barbara Zoo; More of Carol Burnett's masterclass for Music Academy Vocal Dept. fellows. All in all, a pretty amazing summer of delightful performances!
