It's kind of funny that my first forays into photography in high school didn't include any people. The first time I took a lot of photos, on a trip to Europe in 1968, I wasn't interested in taking people photos at all. Well things change...

Now I photograph people almost exclusively. Most of the time they are performing, but as time goes by, I take more and more "non-performance" photos of people. From candids and documentary to formal portraits and headshots, this is an important and rewarding part of my work. These two galleries contain some of my favorites.
